The Highline Cafe started with a simple frustration: too many neighborhoods force you to pick a vibe. Morning coffee shops feel sterile. Evening bars feel like a different world. We wanted something that felt like home at any hour.
So we built one. A space where the same attention to detail goes into a pour-over at 8 AM and a Negroni at 8 PM. Where the regulars know your name and the baristas know your order. Where the High Line is close enough to walk to, but you never feel like you need to be anywhere else.
